The Cindtronix team is glad to have been part of the annual Aviation Education expo just over a week ago.  At T.F. Green, we had number of our team members providing information about learning to fly and showing our aircraft to hundreds of high school students.  We were met by many students who are enthusiastic about learning to fly with us and beginning an aviation career, many through our Mountain State University degree program.  We look forward to seeing all of you again next year!

Congratulations to Will Crique after an excellent job on his checkride Sunday afternoon, earning his Private Pilot certificate!  Will is one of our career students, aspiring one day to fly for a major airline.  Onwards and upwards!

Only a few months after his first solo, we are proud to report that Matt Colavita passed his Private Pilot checkride with flying colors — and in record time (42 hours)!  Congratulations!

Congratulations to Ahab Dincer, who this Thursday received a well-earned Instrument Rating after an outstanding job on his checkride with Gene Bielecki!  Onwards and upwards!

We’re glad to report that our own Jason Powell passed his Instrument CFI (CFII) checkride yesterday – and he’s excited to begin teaching students about the world of IFR flying! Congratulations, Jason! 

Wesley Rutledge started flying with us as a high school senior, aspiring to become an airline pilot.  After much hard work and determination, Wesley successfully completed not only his written exam, but also all of this solo cross countries, test prep, and checkride … in a single week!  His hard work has paid off and we are proud to report that Wesley is now at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University at Daytona Beach, beginning his study of aeronautical science with his Private Pilot’s certificate already in hand.  Congratulations, Wesley!

If you have driven by Quonset of late, you probably have noticed some construction adjacent to our current location at Landmark Aviation.  We are excited to announce the construction of Landmark’s new FBO building, which upon completion will be the new home of Cindtronix Aviation!  With increased space for our flight training center, we will be featuring many exciting new additions, including a full-motion simulator like those used by airlines for training, modeled for our G1000 Cessna aircraft.  Here is a picture from the construction site — check back soon to see more updates on the workers’ progress!
